Our coffee is grown on our family farm in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico — a lush region known for producing some of the world's finest single-origin coffee. Every batch is handpicked, ethically sourced, and roasted in San Francisco for exceptional freshness.

How can I brew this coffee?

Our coffee is easy to brew and even easier to love. We recommend a French press, Chemex, or even a regular drip coffee maker — each brings out different notes in the roast.

Does the coffee come as whole beans or ground?

We only ship whole coffee beans for maximum freshness. Once coffee beans are ground, they go stale much quicker than whole beans so we recommend grinding right before you brew.
